Return policy

At Vraie Discount, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer you the option to return items under the following conditions:

1. Return Period You have 14 days after receiving your order to return a product.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition: unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returned products must be accompanied by the invoice or purchase order.

3. Non-Returnable Products Certain items are not eligible for return, such as:

Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable products
Gift cards

4. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@vraidiscount.com. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instruct you on the procedure to follow.

5. Return Costs Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is ours.

6. Refund Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If accepted, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 15 days.

7. Exchanges If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend that you return it and place a new order.
